Location, Location, Location: On Marco Island it is very important to be close to a public beach access and our properties are only a short walk to the beautiful South Beach Access. Both of our properties are located on Direct Access Canals – just minutes from the Gulf. The canals are great for kayaking, dolphin and manatee watching, fishing etc. The canals give the lanai & pool areas a very spacious feel that you don’t get in a closed in backyard.
We manage our own rental property which gives you the best value and the best vacation experience. We vacation at our two properties as compared to a rental agent who may not know their many properties well.
