On Marco Island, easy beach access makes a big difference, and both of our properties are ideally located on the desirable south end of the island near South Beach.
Our waterfront home is just a short walk from the beach and sits on a direct-access canal. The canal is great for kayaking, fishing and watching for dolphins and manatees. It also provides a beautiful open-water backdrop for the lanai and private pool, giving the outdoor area a spacious feeling you simply don't get with an enclosed backyard.
Our Sea Winds #405 condo is even closer to the Gulf — it's directly on the beach. Just walk out of the building and onto the sand. There's also a beachfront sports bar and restaurant right next door, with additional restaurants and shops within walking distance.
When you rent from Marco Time, you're renting directly from the owners.
We personally manage our vacation home and condo and stay at both properties ourselves throughout the year. Because we actually use our properties, we know them well and pay attention to the little things that can make a vacation more enjoyable.
